James has been trained in, and practices natural health methods, massage, and the holistic health sciences of Ayurveda and Siddha Vaidya.

My approach is to educate clients about natural health methods and offer suggestions about nutrition, including herbal, vitamin, and mineral supplements, lifestyle, exercise, and stress management, that will help you return to a happier life full of vitality and joy.

The Natural and Ayurvedic approach believes the power to heal is inherent in each of us. By removing obstacles for health and bringing a balance to all aspects of the body and our life, we can enjoy a richer fuller life where the body self-heals. We CAN enjoy a long and prosperous life, free of pain and disease. 

Within a couple of days after filling out the Health Questionnaire you will receive a detailed program for health and rejuvenation that includes appropriate lifestyle, diet, exercise, supplements, and therapies.

 I focus on methods of health maintenance and preservation that rejuvenate and regenerate rather than treating symptoms of disease and aging.
